These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Leaf Edge platform available at leafedge.io (the "Service"), operated by AuroMind Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we," "us," or "our"). Leaf Edge is intended for individual, personal use by human traders. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to impose or adjust daily usage limits on AI coaching interactions and other resource-intensive features. If such limits are introduced or materially changed, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification.
Violation of this fair-use policy may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
All intellectual property rights in the Service — including software, design, trademarks, and documentation — are owned by or licensed to AuroMind Ltd. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain full ownership of your trade data, journal entries, and other content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AuroMind Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or the fair-use policy. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice before termination unless the circumstances require immediate action (e.g., security breach, abusive behaviour, or legal obligation).
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a copy of your User Content for up to 30 days after termination by contacting us at the address below. After that period, we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at the address below. We will endeavour to resolve any complaint within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
